AI Use Policy for CryptoTools Platform
1. Introduction
This AI Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of artificial intelligence (AI) services provided by CTS Services Group Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CryptoTools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on the CryptoTools Platform (www.cryptotools.live). These services include, but are not limited to, our AI Chatbot BLAIR and AI Trading Bot (collectively, the “AI Services”). By using the AI Services, you agree to comply with this Policy and the applicable terms and conditions of the CryptoTools Platform’s Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and Access
The AI Services are available to both free and premium members of the CryptoTools Platform. Free members can interact with our AI Chatbot BLAIR as a chatbot, while premium members have access to both AI Chatbot BLAIR and AI Trading Bot. Only premium members are allowed to view the AI Trading Bot as it makes trades and use the AI-driven trading bot to trade on their behalf.
3. Proper Use of AI Services
Users of the AI Services agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with the CryptoTools Platform’s Terms of Use. In particular, users shall not:
a. Use the AI Services for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to market manipulation, insider trading, or any violation of applicable laws and regulations.
b. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the AI Services.
c. Use the AI Services to spread false or misleading information, harass, intimidate, or defame other users, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
d. Share access to or the contents of the AI Services with individuals who are not authorized users of the CryptoTools Platform.
e. Use the AI Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the CryptoTools Platform, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.
4. Disclaimers
a. The AI Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and CryptoTools makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the AI Services, including but not limited to their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
b. CryptoTools does not guarantee that the AI Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, and is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from users’ reliance on or use of the AI Services.
c. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions, and CryptoTools is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using the AI Services, including but not limited to the use of the AI Trading Bot for trading purposes.
d. CryptoTools does not guarantee that the AI Services will generate specific results, returns, or profits, and users acknowledge that trading digital assets entails inherent risks, including the risk of loss.
5. Amendments and Updates
CryptoTools reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the AI Services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on the CryptoTools Platform. Your continued use of the AI Services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the CryptoTools Platform’s Terms of Use.
